Right now 30 year money is seriously cheap and, while still expensive, the Silicon Valley market has slowed enough that buyers finally have the chance to negotiate with sellers. First time home buyers who have felt shut out of the market for so long will have more qualifying power than in previous years and now could be the perfect time to strike.
