This December we can assume the Feds will be raising rates once again with three more rate hikes forecasted through 2018. Whether these rate hikes happen or not we should expect rates to increase relatively soon and have a strategy ready for an environment with rising rates. Today Joe explains why you should consider consolidating your first and second loans. He also explains who else should reconsider their loan program before the Feds raise the prime.
