In a rare move when the general trend has been up, interest rates take a significant drop. The results? Buyers on the bubble now have more buying power. Likewise, refinancers too now have another shot at taking advantage of all that equity. Today Joe looks at what could trigger you to take advantage of this drop and refinance your mortgage.

Buyers have had it tough the last few years competing against swarms of offers and overbidding, but buyers still have a chance in this market. Even though more properties are expected to enter the market soon, discouraged buyers may still need a bit of a pep talk before resuming the hunt for the perfect home.
