Joe and Rosie start the hour by asking the most important question – Do you want to leave your high stress job and start a winery? Rosie will discuss what people need to do if they want to start a winery, as far as property zoned for agricultural use with acreage. You might want to after hearing about Kim and Todd Engelhardt who decided to LIVE The DREAM.  In 2009, Kim and Todd left their home in SF and decided move south. They found a home with approximately 5 acres in San Martin and soon began their wine making journey.  By 2015 they opened their wine tasting room located on Lion Ranch Vineyard & Winery in San Martin.
