Joining Joe Cucchiara in studio is Scott Green, an expert on the Los Gatos/Santa Cruz Mountains area for Alain Pinel. Scott will start out by giving us an update on the Los Gatos inventory and the buyer demand. Scott then tells us about the lifestyle of the Santa Cruz Mountains citing many of the reasons people have bought homes in that area and addresses several safety concerns for buyers.

Scott also responds to a couple of text messages about crime and a fire at a local school; and another about getting more information about homes in the Los Gatos Mountains.
